Your Commission

From first inquiry to finished piece: You bring the occasion, the vision, the details that matter and from there, a one-of-a-kind piece takes shape. Here's how the process works from start to finish.

How It Works

Start Your Commission

Ready to commission a bottle — or have questions before you begin? The inquiry form is the best place to start, whether you're ready to go or just exploring what's possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime.

  • Start by filling out the inquiry form. Every inquiry is personally reviewed. If there's availability and the project is a good fit, you'll receive a proposal with timeline and pricing.

  • Once you've received a proposal, full payment is required within three business days to secure your slot. After this window, the slot may be offered to other clients. Your commission is confirmed once payment has been received within the set timeframe. You'll get a confirmation with next steps.

  • For B2B, bottle sourcing can be handled on your behalf. Private clients can ship a bottle directly to the studio. For clients outside the EU, ordering from a German online shop often saves on customs and shipping. The physical bottle needs to arrive at the studio before design work begins.

  • Most commissions are on champagne bottles, but other bottles — wine, spirits, magnums — can work as well. If you're unsure, just mention it in your inquiry and we'll discuss what's possible.

  • Absolutely. Logos, brand colors, typography, event themes — all of it can be incorporated into the design. If you have a brand guide or visual references, share them with your inquiry.

  • Two rounds of design revisions are included in every commission.
